About The Role

We are looking for a Learning and Skills Coach to provide 1‑2‑1 and small group support to students in English, maths, study skills and digital skills. The role is part of a collaborative team of coaches across the College, and involves planning engaging sessions and supporting students to reach their full potential.

Hours per week: 18.5
Salary per year: £15,055

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized and group sessions in literacy, numeracy, study and digital skills.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, innovative learning experiences.
  • Assess, track and report on student progress to plan interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with the coaching team to share best practice and support student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and student development.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Passion for supporting student learning and development.
  • Highly organised, creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience or demonstrated ability to assess and monitor student progress.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to various roles within the programme.
