Pay Rate: £15-£20 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Caretaker to join our clients team on an immediate-start basis.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out opening and closing (unlocking/locking up) duties on a shift basis.
- Undertake general caretaking and estates duties across the site.
- Carry out routine checks of buildings and facilities.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns.
- Assist with setting up and clearing areas as required.
- Ensure the premises are secure and ready for use.
- Support contractors and maintenance teams when required.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Practical and confident carrying out general caretaking duties.
- Able to work independently and use initiative.
- Flexible and willing to work on a shift basis.
- Professional and approachable.
- Comfortable with opening and securing premises.
- Enhanced DBS required
- Previous caretaking, estates, facilities or maintenance experience
- Availability for an immediate start.
- Flexibility to work the required opening/closing shifts between 9am and 8pm
The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
