Assembly Operative

Working as part of a team within a refurbishment environment, supporting the cleaning, preparation, and basic assembly of returned equipment. The role involves hands-on tasks to help restore products and ensure they are ready for reuse.

Typical duties include:

• Cleaning and preparing returned items/equipment
• Removing dirt, residue, and general wear from products
• Carrying out basic assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools
• Supporting skilled operatives with refurbishment and repair activities
• Checking products are completed to the required standard before dispatch
