Warehouse Order Picker (Selectors) - Immediate Start

Location:

Aldi Distribution Centre, Queenborough, Kent

Pay Rate: £14.93 per hour

Shifts Available:

Monday to Friday (10 positions)

Saturday & Sunday (15 positions)

Hours:

5:00am - 2:00pm

Contract:

Temporary (2-4 weeks, potential extension)

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Order Pickers (Selectors) to support operations at the Aldi Distribution Centre in Queenborough. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performance environment with immediate starts available.

Due to the nature of Aldi's lean and efficient operation, we are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals with strong warehouse and MHE experience.

Picking orders accurately and efficiently to meet performance targets

Operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely (e.g. LLOP/PPT)

Working within the ambient warehouse department

Maintaining high standards of health & safety

Supporting general warehouse duties as required

Consistently meeting productivity and quality expectations

Previous warehouse experience is essential

Experience using MHE (LLOP, PPT, or similar equipment)

Strong attendance record and reliability

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Team player with a positive attitude

Competitive pay rate of £14.93 per hour

Consistent shift patterns (early starts, early finishes)

Immediate starts available

Potential for assignment extension based on performance and business needs

Opportunity for longer-term work or permanent roles

This is a short-term assignment initially expected to last 2-4 weeks, with the possibility of extension. There may also be opportunities for high-performing individuals to remain with the operation longer term.
