North Coast Design Build is currently seeking a senior-year Civil Engineering or Construction Management student, or a graduate with a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, for a Construction Coordinator/Project Engineer position in our Sheffield Lake, Ohio office.

• Assist project managers or field supervisors with project coordination.
• Review subcontractor change orders and estimate costs for change orders.
• Follow up on all change orders and returns/credits.
• Solicit bidders.
• Schedule various material deliveries.
• Maintain document control.
• Coordinate subcontractors.
• Review field documentation.
• Participate in team/owner meetings.
• Write RFIs.
• Foster positive relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, end users, and project managers.

• Graduating with a construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study.
• Minimal travel required.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft products.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet project deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
• Strong work ethic – highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
