Act as a collaborative member of the clinic team in providing continuity and quality patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Registration of patients
• Insurance verification
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering telephone inquiries
• Facilitating patient check‑in and check‑out processes

Education

• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of one year clerical experience in a family or pediatric care setting preferred.
• Previous secretarial/receptionist and customer service experience preferred.
• Typing, word processing, computer, and telephone skills preferred.

Additional Skills/Abilities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and change tasks frequently and quickly.
• Proficiency using computer terminal, fax machine, multi‑line telephone, and copy machine.
