The role is located in our Gatwick office and is part of the Audit Department.

Key Responsibilities- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead on preparation of accounts and corporate tax computations and support on ad hoc assignments for new and existing clients.
- Prepare audit work, delegate tasks appropriately, and review work completed by trainees and Semi‑Seniors.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients during fieldwork, maintaining proactive and professional communication throughout the year.
- Collaborate closely with managers and partners to ensure compliance with technical standards, ensuring prompt escalation in relation to timescales and deliverables of assignments.
- Proactively supervise, coach, and develop trainees, providing ongoing feedback and guidance to help develop skills and experience of the team.
You will be an ACA or ACCA qualified (or nearing completion) professional with solid audit experience. Hands‑on expertise leading audits from planning to completion and a strong grasp of audit, accounting and compliance standards is expected.
Experience managing on‑site audit teams and building direct client relationships is desirable, along with proven strong communication skills and collaboration across all levels.
Skills & Experience- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or nearing completion.
- Proven experience leading audits from planning to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit, accounting and compliance requirements.
- Proficient IT skills, including audit software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to delegate, supervise and mentor junior staff.
- Experience in direct contact with clients and management of on‑site audit teams preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines, ensuring budgets adhered to and work delivered to a high standard.
