We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager role in a Sheffield based real estate company. The business is a multi‑billion‑pound worldwide conglomerate that is bringing mixed‑use office, retail, and student housing development. The company is currently looking for a suitable person having the necessary qualification and experience to fit this role.
Qualifications and Requirements- Proficiency in English & Mandarin Chinese, both written and verbal, is a big benefit.
- Qualification as a full or part-time accountant is recommended.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience is required.
- Working exposure in the student housing business is desired.
- MS Office, advanced computer abilities regarding accounting software and database.
- Multitasking ability.
- Capacity to work with huge volumes of data.
- Very well‑organized.
- Extremely meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work with numbers.
- Able to show outstanding time management abilities.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
- A personality that is good at addressing problems and coming up with logical answers.
- Ability to operate with little supervision and on your initiative.
