Role: Bookkeeper

Salary: Up to 35000 (DOE)

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper job include:
Managing bookkeeping for a varied portfolio of clients
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Completing bank reconciliations
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Processing payments and receipts
Managing your own workload and ensuring deadlines are met

Requirements of the Bookkeeper job include:
Previous bookkeeping experience is essential
Ideally previous experience within an accountancy practice
Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and reconciliations
