Site Administrator (Part-Time, 12-Month Contract)

Rate: £18.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 4 hours per day

Contract: Fixed-term, 12 months

Start Date: ASAP

We Are Footprint is seeking a reliable and organised Site Administrator to support a Tier 1 contractor on the delivery of a major leisure facility. This part-time role is ideal for someone with previous site administration experience looking for flexible hours within a professional and fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site team
• Managing and maintaining site documentation and filing systems
• Scheduling meetings and maintaining site calendars
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and visitors
• Supporting health & safety compliance, including record-keeping and inductions
• Assisting with document control using site-specific systems

Requirements

• Experience in a construction site admin or similar administrative role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with document control platforms (e.g. Viewpoint, Aconex) is desirable but not essential
