Role Description
This is a part‑time, on‑site Bodyshop Administration role based at the Sheffield bodyshop. The role involves coordinating and managing administrative tasks within the bodyshop department, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, liaising with customers and insurers, processing invoices and ensuring efficient communication between teams. The administrator will also handle customer inquiries, manage service documentation and help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, scheduling and record‑keeping skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as handling documentation, invoicing and data management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver high levels of customer service
- Knowledge of office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in the automotive or bodyshop industry is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
- Flexible and team‑oriented work approach
