Position: Administrator - Hybrid Working
Administrator - Sheffield City Centre - Up to £30,000pa - Hybrid Working

I'm delighted to be partnering with a well‑established, friendly business based in Sheffield City Centre who are looking to welcome a dedicated Administrator to their growing team. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with excellent flexibility through hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

About the Role
This is a varied and fast‑paced position where you'll play a key role in supporting the wider department with day‑to‑day administrative coordination. No two days will be the same, and you'll be surrounded by a supportive team who value collaboration and positivity.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing and responding to internal and external queries

* Running regular reports for management

* Taking clear and concise notes during meetings

* Updating and maintaining internal systems

* Providing general administrative support across the department

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience in an administrative role

* Confident working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, including Excel

* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

* A proactive attitude and a willingness to support wherever needed
