Sales / Office Administrator Royal Wootton Bassett £12.30 per hour
Our client is looking for a Sales / Office Administrator on either a full time or part time basis.
Sales / Office AdministratorRoles and Responsibilities:
- Process sales and purchase orders through to dispatch and invoicing using Sage 50
- Arrange transport quotes and book deliveries as required
- Liaise with warehouse to ensure accurate and timely dispatch
- Manage customer queries, complaints, returns, and order tracking
- Keep sales team and customers informed of order progress
- Maintain stock records and update online platforms
- Support directors with sales administration and general office tasks
- Assist with filing, document management, and meeting coordination
- Provide occasional support to dispatch (picking, packing, receiving stock)
- Maintain a tidy and organised office environment
- Strong computer skills and experience with spreadsheets
- Working knowledge of Sage 50
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Working Hours:
- Monday Friday 08 30
