We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, efficient administrator with excellent communication skills to support our Management Committee.

10 hours per month , term-time only - Permanent
BS5 £ 25,183 FTE per annum pro rata - £13.05 per hour term time

The Clerk will have a knowledge of effective governance practice and will advise the Management Committee on all procedural and constitutional matters, manage memberships, administer meetings, and maintain appropriate records.

There are 4 Management Committee and 9 Sub-committee meetings per year, which are scheduled each September for the year ahead. Meetings are typically held in the late afternoon / early evening. Other working hours are scheduled at the Clerk’s discretion.

If your application is successful, this criminal record self-disclosure information will be checked against information from the Disclosure & Barring Service before your appointment is confirmed.
