Administrator - Business Delivery and Operations Diversification & Partnership Professional & Business Support Grade 4 - £25,878 to £26,707 dependent on experience. Here at Sheffield Hallam University we are inviting applications for an exciting opportunity to join our small but busy team. The team is a central point for the Sheffield Hallam University Apprenticeship Programmes, working closely with internal and external colleagues to ensure compliance and maintain operational oversight within University regulations & policies and DFE Apprenticeship Funding Rules.

As an Administrator, you will undertake a range of administrative processes in a fast-paced environment, You will work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders both externally and internally including Professional Services, Academic Colleges and Employers. In this role, the successful candidate will provide support and deliver a high-quality service across the apprenticeship lifecycle. Ensuring adherence to both Apprenticeship and University regulations and policies.

You will be contractually enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) – one of the largest and most generous defined benefit pension schemes in the country.

Find out more about the LGPS Each year you will earn a secure pension benefit of 1/49th of your salary and the University will pay pension contributions towards the cost of this pension (currently worth about 22% of your salary). For a starting salary of £25,000, for example, the University would pay just over £5,400 in the first year of your employment and you would earn a pension of £510 p.a. for that year (payable from your State Pension Age).
