Outwood Academy City is a modern school in Sheffield and part of the Outwood Grange Academies Trust.

Positions
  • 2 x Receptionist/Reprographics/School Admin Assistants
Key details
  • 1 position – 37 hours per week (Mon–Thu 7:45am–3:45pm, Fri 7:45am–3:15pm). Salary £21,280.34–£21,614.19 (annual).
  • 1 position – 22.5 hours per week (Mon–Wed 7:45am–3:45pm). Salary £12,940.75–£13,143.76 (annual).
Responsibilities & duties
  • Provide reception and front‑desk services, greet visitors, answer telephone calls and manage enquiries.
  • Perform reprographics duties – photocopying, printing and preparing school documents.
  • Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with staff and students, providing support across the academy.
  • Act as an active member of the academy's first‑aid team (training provided).
  • Support a high‑quality pastoral care environment and contribute to students’ wellbeing.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organised and able to remain calm in a busy environment.
  • Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office; willingness to learn the management information system.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to relate to students.
  • Member of the first‑aid team (training provided).
