The Opportunity
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team in Sellafield on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.
Location:
B222, Magnox and Major projects, Sellafield, Seascale, CA20 1PG
, United Kingdom
- Communication Management:
Handling phone calls, emails and other forms of correspondence, both internal and external. - Record Keeping:
Maintaining organized filing systems, databases, and records, both electronic and physical. - Document Preparation:
Drafting, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and presentations. - Office Support:
Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating with purchasing. - Confidentiality:
Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. - General Office Duties:
Performing a wide range of administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.
- GCSE Grade C/4 and above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Experience in general administration preferred but not essential
