Project Management Office (PMO) Support – Technology Services
Location: Beighton, Sheffield
Salary: £24,785 - £28,500 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the Sheffield office)
Multitask Personnel are proud to be working with a longstanding and respected M&E organisation to recruit a PMO Support professional into their Technology Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. You'll play a key role in project coordination, administration, resource planning and stakeholder communication, helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
The RoleAs part of the Technology Services Project Delivery Team, you'll support the planning, coordination and administration of multiple projects while working closely with internal teams, engineers, suppliers and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing project requirements and scopes of work.
- Supporting project mobilisation and service transitions.
- Preparing and maintaining project and health & safety documentation.
- Coordinating labour and resource allocation.
- Compiling and distributing project and engineering documentation.
- Maintaining accurate project records and reporting.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and business objectives.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in project coordination, administration or PMO support.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive and adaptable approach.
- Experience with in technology, engineering, construction or service delivery environments would be advantageous.
- Competitive salary of £24,785 - £28,500 DOE.
