The Role
You will support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across multiple teams. Working closely with senior project managers and stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Support project planning, scheduling and task coordination.
* Maintain project documentation, trackers and action logs.
* Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and circulate meeting notes.
* Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
* Support communication with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
* Assist with project reporting, status updates and presentations.
* Help maintain project budgets, timelines and resource plans.
About You
* Strong organisation and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
* An interest in project delivery, Agile working or business change.
* Previous administration, coordination, customer service or project support experience is desirable but not essential
