In this role you will provide clerical support and management information to the Contract Management Unit within the Facilities Management Department.
Key Responsibilities- To maintain database information on Vehicle Recovery, Boarding Up and Dangerous Dogs.
- To monitor and action day to day issues in relation to Vehicle Recovery, Boarding Up and Dangerous Dogs.
- Assist the Contracts Manager with the management of Vehicle Recovery, Boarding Up and Dangerous Dog contract.
- Clerical support to the Facilities Management Department
- General correspondence with outside organisations, and member of South Yorkshire Police
- Maintenance of filing systems, including completion of old files and destruction of out-of-date files.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail regarding the above contracts to the Department
- Supply of general information to end users and the organisation
- Experience of dealing with face-to-face enquiries from members of the public.
- Experience of using computer packages including Word and Excel.
- Previous Clerical experience.
- Experience of using web-based information systems.
- Possession of a relevant Level 3 qualification or suitable experience in a similar role.
