United Accountants & Tax Advisors Ltd is a professional accounting and tax advisory firm based in Sheffield, UK. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including limited company accounts, self-employed tax advice, tax planning, and payroll services, tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking to recruit two Apprentice Receptionists to join our busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable office experience within a professional environment.

Main Duties
  • Provide front-of-house services, including welcoming visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and manage incoming enquiries
  • Handle routine enquiries confidently and direct them to the appropriate team members when needed
  • Take accurate messages and ensure they are passed on promptly
  • Carry out general administrative duties, including both electronic and paper filing
  • Sort and distribute daily post to relevant staff members
  • Monitor and manage office stationery supplies
  • Support the team with general office tasks
  • Participate in training and development opportunities as required
Future Prospects

For the right candidate, there is potential to progress into a full-time role within the company.

Qualifications Required

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades 9–5), including Maths and English

Working Hours
  • 16 - 22.5 per week (hours to be discussed Mon - Fri)

Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete Customer Service Level 2
