About

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support / Executive Assistant to join our Sheffield Agency & Development Team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a fast-paced, client-focused business, providing first-class support to a successful team while helping to drive operational excellence across the office.

About the Role

As the first point of support for the Sheffield Agency & Development Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy department. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, managing a broad range of administrative, operational, business development and marketing activities, while acting as a trusted partner to the team.

This is a varied role that requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sheffield Agency & Development Team and wider office.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries via phone, email and in person.
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, conference calls and property viewings.
  • Prepare meeting papers, agendas and presentations.
  • Produce and format reports, client documents, presentations, letters, minutes and correspondence.
  • Support business travel arrangements, conferences, team events and strategy days.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on agreed actions.

Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders while acting as an ambassador for the team.
