Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Our client, a highly respected Higher Education establishment based in Glasgow, requires an Administrator on a temporary basis. The role is starting immediately for an initial 6 week period.

Main purpose of role:

To provide an efficient and effective administrative support for the department.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• General administrative duties
• Audio and Copy typing
• Data entry
• Scanning, filing and archiving
• Audio typing of medical reports – can contain distressing information

• Relevant experience gained in a similar role
• Excellent typing skills
• Medical Terminology advantageous
• High degree of computer literacy including familiarity with MS Office
• Used to working with information of a highly sensitive and confidential nature
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to work flexibly and effectively under pressure
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
