We are excited to announce that our Civil Department at Best Solicitors is growing, and we currently have an opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join the team. You will be assisting the Civil department with administrative tasks. This role will require an organised and logical individual who can aid our fast moving and robust team.

In this role, you will be integral to the smooth running of the department. Your duties will include:
- Diary and File Management:
Managing fee earners’ diaries, setting up and maintaining client files, and updating billing spreadsheets. - Client Support:
Delivering excellent client care, including handling correspondence, answering calls, taking messages, and meeting and greeting clients. - Document Handling:
Typing, preparing, collating, and filing legal and administrative documents/Court bundles to strict deadlines - Administrative Support:
Assisting in the general administration of the department and supporting other departments as needed. - Billing and Finance:
Assisting with billing processes and ensuring accurate record-keeping. - Process Improvement:
Helping implement new procedures and administrative systems. - Reception Duties:
Acting as a receptionist when needed and covering for other secretarial or reception staff.
