Compliance Data Administrator (Temporary Contract)

Location:
City of London (Hybrid Working)

Duration: 3-Month Temporary Contract

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Working Pattern:
Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

Start Date: ASAP, subject to satisfactory security checks

We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Data Administrator to join an insurance company based in the City of London on a 3-month temporary contract.

This role will support the Compliance team with the accurate input, maintenance and management of compliance-related data. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with large volumes of information in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter, update and maintain compliance-related data across internal systems.
  • Review and validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support data cleansing and quality assurance activities.
  • Process high volumes of data while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Assist with the organisation and maintenance of compliance records and documentation.
  • Identify and elevate discrepancies or data issues where appropriate.
  • Ensure all data is handled in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Compliance team as required.
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in data entry, administration or data processing roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Experience with in insurance, financial services, compliance or another regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
