Tenancy Sustainment Officer

This Tenancy Sustainment Officer post sits in the Tenancy Enforcement & Sustainment Team (TEST) within Sheffield City Council's Housing Service. Duties centre on operational support across the team, keeping housing systems accurate, managing inboxes and processing referrals. The post is permanent at 30 hours a week and leans heavily on performance reporting in Power BI and Excel, with exposure to domestic abuse, safeguarding and criminality information.

• Produce and present performance information, using Power BI and Excel extensively
• Extract data from systems and prepare it for use by other officers
• Support the team in keeping housing systems up to date and accurate
• Manage inboxes and process and respond to referrals
• Use various systems to record and extract data accurately
• Provide operational support across the full range of the team's functions
• Assist in organising and delivering training
