Neighbourhood Support Officer; Older Persons Independent Living Service

This fixed-term, full-time post sits in the Older Person's Independent Living Service at Sheffield City Council, supporting older and vulnerable people to live independently. The main work is covering the reception desk at Buchanan Green, a newer retirement living building, with general office administration for the service. It is customer-facing and suits someone who can manage their own workload in a team;

a driving licence helps with health and safety checks across OPIL buildings. Applicants are asked to use the STAR method for the person specification.
