Are you a qualified MOT Tester looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join their busy Service Department in Bootle. As an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for carrying out MOT inspections in line with DVSA regulations, identifying vehicle defects, and ensuring vehicles meet all roadworthiness and emissions standards.

• Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations
• Inspect vehicles for safety and compliance
• Identify and report faults and defects accurately
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Work closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient vehicle throughput

• Valid MOT Tester Licence
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience as an MOT Tester
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and workshop tools
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• £35,000 basic salary
