The Automotive Maintenance division of Questech currently have an exciting new position, located in Sheffield. This is an opportunity to work on a mixed fleet of light vehicles. This is an ongoing temporary contract with the option of a permanent contract for the right individuals.
THE ROLE:You will be an apprentice trained, fully qualified Vehicle Mechanic and have experience working with a variety of light vehicles / Vans. You will also be given the opportunity to train on specialist public sector vehicles and NHS vehicles.
THE DUTIES:- Carrying out service, maintenance and repair of a mixed fleet of light commercial vehicles
- Diagnosing faults.
- Pre MOT Inspections
HOURS:
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm
THE RATE OF PAY:The pay rate is £26.00 - £28.00 per hour dependant on experience.
Training andQualifications:
You should ideally be qualified to one NVQ level 3
You should ideally hold the following license:
- Full UK driving licence
This is an ongoing winter contract running from early October through to March / April. There is a strong chance of the contract going permanent for the right individuals in spring 2027
