RoleYou will support the Technical Manager and Duty Technicians to deliver technical services, venue preparation and maintenance on a permanent part‑time basis (18.75 hours per week). The role involves working directly with clients and event coordinators to manage the set‑up, arrival and departure of all events.

- Actively participate in the technical production of events and concerts, including installation and setup of equipment such as staging, seating, furniture, sound, AV and lighting.
- Support load ins and outs as required.
- Operate and repair sound, lighting and AV equipment, performing modifications and adjustments as needed.
- Work well as part of a team, proactively collaborating with others for the benefit of the team and customers.
- Clear and reset equipment between events.
- Perform general building maintenance as required.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Technical Manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and visitors at all levels.
- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks required by the role.
- Willingness to learn new skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and safe work systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
