Fulfilment Manager – Marshalls Garden

• Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring staffing levels meet operational demands.
• Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch, meeting output and quality targets.
• Analyse performance data and implement improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service through on-time deliveries and minimal returns.
• Motivate, develop, and engage your team to maximise productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure robust traceability of products.
• Work closely with other departments to optimise the flow of products.
• Be hands-on when needed—no task is too small!

• Experience in warehouse management or fulfilment operations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and efficiency improvement.
