We’re aFarnham-basedcreative design and marketing agency in the B2B space with big ambitions. We are looking for an exceptional part-time Client Account Manager to help us build strong relationships and deliver outstanding work.

This role is ideal for someone whohasalready builta strong foundationinagency account management, andis now looking for greater flexibility — butisn’tdonewith learning,leadingandpushing boundaries.

Youwillbring strategic thinking, creative flair, and a sharp eye for detail to every project, whetherit’sdelivering a high-impact campaign, unpicking a brief, or advising clients on the next move.

Weenjoydynamic and fast-movingprojectsfrom a growing range of clients, so you will need to thrive on ever-changing priorities.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Building brilliant relationships with clients, becoming their go-to partner and trusted soundingboard
  • Overseeing projects from end to end — briefing, budgets, timelines and delivery
  • Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen results
  • Collaborating with our (very nice) creative team to push ideas and polish the work
  • Balancing multiple projects at once, without dropping the ball
What we’re looking for:
  • someone whoiseither on an ambitious growth path — with around three or more years of experience and ready to step into more responsibility — or someone who is alreadyestablishedin their career,perhaps comingfrom a larger agency and now seeking a role where they can have greater influence, autonomy, and impact.
  • Someone who can grow with the role and has the ambition to take on more responsibility. This could develop into a full-time position, andyou'llhave the opportunity to help shape the future direction of the agency
  • A confident communicator who brings energy,ideasand clarity to every conversation
  • A natural organiser who is detail-centric(rogue apostrophes beware)
  • Strategic, curious, and commercially aware — able to get to grips with different sectorsquickly
  • Someone whoisequallycomfortable rolling up their sleeveswith everyday work, whilstalways thinking of the bigger picture
