National Account Manager - Amazon

Up to £55,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits

The Opportunity

A fast-growing, independent spirits business with big ambition and a premium portfolio is looking to hire a National Account Manager to own its Amazon strategy while supporting growth across selected Off-Trade customers.

This is a high-impact role in a lean, entrepreneurial team where commercial thinking, ownership and pace genuinely matter.

The Role

You’ll take full accountability for Amazon as a strategic growth channel, while managing a small number of complementary Off-Trade accounts.

• Own and grow the Amazon account end-to-end: JBPs, promotions, forecasting, pricing, content and activation
• Work closely with Amazon agencies and internal stakeholders to maximise visibility, conversion and ROI
• Deliver profitable growth through smart promotional planning and margin management
• Manage relationships with a handful of Off-Trade retailers (grocery, impulse or specialist)
• Lead forecasting, demand planning and range optimisation across channels
• Provide commercial insight and performance reporting to the leadership team

About You

You’ll be commercially sharp, comfortable in ambiguity, and motivated by building rather than maintaining.

• Proven experience managing Amazon within Drinks (spirits experience a strong advantage)
• Strong understanding of Amazon fundamentals: AMS, promotions, content, P&L and forecasting
• Some exposure to Off-Trade sales (grocery, impulse, convenience or specialist retail)
• Confident operating in an SME or challenger brand environment
• Data-literate, commercially minded and comfortable owning outcomes
• Hands-on, proactive and naturally collaborative
