Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a Tier 1 bank who has strong stakeholder‑management capabilities and working knowledge of Operational Resilience. The role focuses on helping define an industry‑standard RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and assessing its impact across the organisation. The BA will work closely with an Architect and a Data Analyst to translate resilience requirements into actionable business outcomes.

• Collaborate with an Architect to understand and shape Service Resilience requirements.
• Contribute to defining a standardised RTO framework and analyse its implications across business services.
• Facilitate workshops, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure alignment across operational teams.
• Work with Data Analysts to interpret resilience data and translate insights into business impacts.
• Support documentation, process mapping, and impact assessments related to Operational Resilience.
• Ensure all findings are aligned to regulatory expectations within the banking sector.

• Strong Business Analyst background with proven stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in Operational Resilience and familiarity with RTO concepts.
• Previous exposure to banking / financial services environments.
• Ability to work effectively with Architects and understand the fundamentals of Service Resilience.
• Demonstrates initiative and ownership of deliverables.
• Experience working on longer‑term contract engagements (stability and continuity).
• Not a highly technical role, but must be comfortable collaborating with technical teams.
• Service Now Experience is a bonus (nice to have).
