Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly and monthly sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and profitability metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of automotive industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and consumer demand patterns to support marketing initiatives and product strategy development.
• Assess dealership, sales, and logistics operations to identify process gaps and implement streamlined, efficiency-driven workflows.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports to senior management and key stakeholders, covering inventory levels, sales performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support enhancements to CRM and stock management systems, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.

• Experience:
  
  Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.

  Strong analytical and data modeling capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and vehicle inventory management processes.
• Communication

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
