Overview
A leading print management company, which delivers outstanding campaigns across the globe, has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to work with some of their key clients.
Qualifications- Direct Mail experience.
- Strong numeracy skills for managing job costing.
- Professional presentation and strong client‑facing experience.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, production and estimating departments.
- Ability to balance workloads, prioritise tasks and react to ad hoc changes.
- A passion for the industry and a commitment to delivering the highest calibre of customer service.
- Act as the liaison between the client and its customers, overseeing operations using the internal system to ensure marketing materials are within pre‑agreed SLAs.
- Manage all aspects of job costing.
- Communicate with clients, production and estimating departments to ensure core campaign objectives are adhered to.
- Balance workloads, prioritise tasks and react to ad‑hoc changes.
