Private Luxury Travel & Business Development Manager

Role & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the strategic lead for ultra‑luxury travel consulting, overseeing high‑value client relationships and bespoke itinerary design.
  • Drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to engage elite travel audiences.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with leadership on revenue goals, client segmentation, and service innovation.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of global luxury travel trends, destinations, and partnerships to deliver cutting‑edge experiences.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development and service excellence.
Skills & Experience Required
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in ultra‑luxury travel, with a focus on high‑touch service.
  • Proven success in developing new business pipelines and converting UHNW leads into loyal clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, pricing strategy, and revenue optimisation.
  • Expertise in luxury marketing, including campaign design and implementation.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship‑building skills across both client and supplier networks.
  • Deep familiarity with elite destinations, luxury hotel brands, and exclusive affiliations.
  • Highly proactive, organised, and capable of leading cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Comfortable working independently and influencing at senior levels.
