Programme Manager to lead a process‑first commercial transformation across retail/FMCG. You’ll re‑engineer end‑to‑end commercial and operational journeys, promotions, pricing, approvals, and go‑to‑market. IT enablement is still a key area, but the heart of the role is Lean process redesign and adoption.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Process Re‑engineering:
Map, simplify and standardise end-to-end commercial workflows; remove waste and hand‑offs; embed controls and KPIs.
Enablement & Deployment:
Coordinate delivery of supporting systems and promotional tooling to fit the new ways of working.
Stakeholder Leadership:
Work daily with commercial, product and marketing; collaborate with IT Product Owners (software & roadmap) and deploy change with specialist change managers.
Operational Translation:
Turn real retail requirements into practical processes and lightweight system solutions.
Deep experience in commercial process engineering within retail/FMCG.
Lean / Six Sigma credentials (ideal) and a strong Business Analysis toolkit.
Proven delivery of IT‑enabled change (programme governance, benefits, risks, adoption).
