Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Reverse Logistics Manager role based in Sheffield. The Reverse Logistics Manager will oversee and optimize the return and recovery processes within the supply chain. Responsibilities include managing returns, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to improve reverse logistics operations, analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas of cost savings and efficiency, and ensuring compliance with environmental and quality standards. The role will involve collaboration with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to create strategies that enhance scalability, sustainability, and profitability in reverse logistics operations.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Reverse Logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance measurement, cost reduction, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder coordination, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of relevant environmental regulations, compliance standards, and sustainable practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in building scalable logistics strategies and driving business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with reverse logistics or returns processing in 3PL environments is highly advantageous.
