About the Role
Our product is loved by millions and we need a Senior National Account Manager to partner with household names, growing the product portfolio across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a c £10m portfolio of accounts, split across 3‑5 core national businesses across retail, grocery, wholesale, and distribution (all household names).
- Networking across a client estate, including convenience, daily, petrol forecourts, etc.
- Increasing SKUs and product inception.
- Lead commercial negotiations and key category range reviews.
- Create, implement, and manage JBP's.
- Provide market intelligence instrumental in shaping the UK strategy.
- Currently managing or working closely with a range of national accounts or stepping up from a Key Account Manager role, with a proven track record.
- Experience managing national accounts across Retail (grocery big four), Discounters, wholesalers, and/or distributors.
- Owning a category, such as garden, outdoor living, travel, home heating, beach, health and beauty, household, seasonal, accessories – either branded or private label.
- Managed similar sized accounts (£1‑2 million minimum) or account potential.
- Ability to handle complex, challenging negotiations.
- Ability to gather data and convert it into actionable tasks and strategies.
- EOT Bonus (paid annually December/January)

- Death in Service 4x salary
Hybrid based – you will travel throughout the UK. Our UK Office is in the North‑West. Monthly travel to the Head Office is required, with flexibility to attend significant meetings. You could live anywhere across the North‑West:
Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Huddersfield, Bolton, Liverpool, Barnsley, etc.
BASIC SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000
