Position: Facilities Performance & Process Improvement Lead

Dalkia UK is seeking a permanent, full time Business Improvement Manager to join their Facilities team. You will drive operational excellence across FM contracts by analysing performance and leading improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
