You will establish controls, drive KPI reporting, and coach cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely payouts and audit-ready documentation.
In this role you will manage vendor relationships, oversee compliance SOPs, and partner with Finance to maintain data integrity and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
