HSBC is seeking an Onboarding Business Analyst for the Group AI Platforms in Sheffield. You will own onboarding intake, guiding users through platform capabilities and coordinating across engineering, platform operations, product, governance and users to progress onboarding.
Key responsibilities include structured discovery, requirements capture, and managing onboarding assets, SLAs and KPIs, with a strong emphasis on agile delivery and stakeholder communication.
