• Deliver an efficient, friendly and knowledgeable parts service to both workshop and trade customers.
• Support technicians with timely parts supply to keep jobs on track and customers informed.
• Manage stock levels, place orders, and process parts through internal systems accurately.
• Help create a professional, well-presented parts environment that reflects JCT
  600 and brand standards.

• Experience in a parts, aftersales or customer-facing automotive role (preferred).
• The ability to accurately record data and provide knowledgeable, and timely information to our customers.
• An adaptable, flexible and solution-focussed approach.
• Organised, IT-literate and able to stay calm under pressure.
