Portfolio Revenue & Performance Manager

Fresh are seeking a commercially focused and ambitious Portfolio Revenue & Performance Manager to support the performance of one of our growing student accommodation portfolios.

This exciting portfolio currently comprises over 3,500 beds across nine locations including Bath, Brighton, Bristol, Coventry, Leeds, London, Norwich and Sheffield, with further growth opportunities anticipated.

This is a client-facing, hybrid role, requiring regular travel across the portfolio to support site teams, build strong stakeholder relationships and drive commercial performance.

We're looking for someone who thrives on analysing performance, driving occupancy and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue. Working closely with Property Managers, Marketing teams, senior stakeholders and client partners, you'll play a key role in delivering commercial success across the portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing revenue strategies, monitoring leasing performance, supporting site teams to improve conversion and retention, and using market insight to drive occupancy and income growth. Regular travel across the portfolio will form an important part of the role, allowing you to build strong relationships and provide hands‑on support to operational teams.

A key part of the role will be providing commercial leadership and guidance to properties across the portfolio, helping teams achieve ambitious targets whilst ensuring a consistent and effective approach to revenue management and sales performance. You will also represent Fresh in client meetings, presenting performance insights, forecasts and strategic recommendations to support business objectives.

We're looking for a commercially minded individual with experience in revenue management, sales performance, commercial analysis or a similar role. You will be confident interpreting data, influencing stakeholders and turning insight into action.

You’ll be highly organised, analytical and results‑driven, with a passion for improving performance and supporting teams to succeed. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels are essential.
