This role is based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, and will be working as part of our ERP Implementation Team.
You will support the implementation of Infor LN ERP by analysing and improving business processes, identifying opportunities for change, and helping transition the organisation from legacy ways of working to standardised, system-led best practice processes.

- Support change management activities, including business readiness, user engagement and the successful adoption of new ways of working.
About You
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP implementation programmes, ideally manufacturing or heavy industry with Infor LN Cloudsuite.
- Strong experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes.
- Demonstrated experience performing gap analysis, particularly moving from manual or legacy processes to ERP-led processes.
- Ability to work effectively in an environment prioritising standard, out-of-the-box ERP functionality as opposed to bespoke functionality.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience working alongside testing and change management functions.
