Haveaminimumtwoyears'experienceworkinginsocialcare. Adeptincompilingriskassessments,weeklyandmonthlyreportsforboththehomeandtheyoungpeople&Children. Knowledgeoflegislationand Ofstedrequirements. Passionateinworkingwithyoungpeoplewhomaydemonstratebehavioursthatchallenge. Knowledgeofchildrenshomeregulationsandqualitystandards. Haveexperienceleadingandmotivatingastaffteam.
