Your Role as Registered Manager within Children's Services:

Leadateamtoensureasafe,calm,nurturingenvironmentinwhichyoungpeoplecandevelopandthriveisprovided.
Leadateamtoprovidepositiveandmeaningfullifeexperiencesforchildrentodeveloptheirskillsandself-esteem.
Leadateaminprovidinganenvironmentwherechildrensphysical,emotionalandeducationalneedsarecelebratedandmet.
Workinachildcentredwaytoensureeachchildsindividualneedsaremet.
Leadtheteamanddrivetheserviceforward.
Develop,implement,andmonitorindividualcareplans.
Undertakesupervisionandappraisalsofstaffteam.
