A well-established Civil Engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key commercial leadership role within its expanding Northern England Division.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and repeat clients, this role offers the opportunity to lead the commercial function on projects and influence regional growth.

• Acting as commercial lead on allocated projects
• Full Cost & Value control and CVR ownership
• Leading subcontract procurement and negotiations
• Managing client applications and final accounts
• Issuing contractual notices and advising site teams
• Managing variations and NEC contractual processes

• Proven experience operating at Senior QS level
• Track record of leading the commercial function on projects
• Strong NEC contract knowledge
• Confident negotiator with client-facing experience
• Degree qualified (QS) | CSCS | Full UK driving licence
