A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertake a range of projects within multiple sectors have an excellent opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join them on permanent basis, initially working on £2m new build block at a School near Chertsey, Surrey.

The company have been around for a very long time and have a great reputation within the industry. They turnover circa £60m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties.

As a business, they carry out a range of work including new build, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £10m in value, with a range of public and private clients.

They have a project due to start soon near Chertsey, Surrey. The project comprises some demolition works and a £2m new build block at a School. The project is due to start towards the end of February and they are ready to interview now. Following on from this project, the business have a number of other similar projects kicking off within the region.

Experience:

• Track record working on education projects for a reputable main contractor
• Experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m in value
• Understand the 2-stage D&B procurement route
• Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
• Presentable with strong client facing skills
• Excellent man management skills
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
